MISSION STATEMENT
As a solo practitioner with more then 26 years of experience, I understand how important it is to my clients that I properly represent them in a manner that will resolve their claims in the least amount of time possible. I have developed a system of handling cases that almost always results in a settlement without going to court. My clients' cases conclude faster, at less expense and with results that they approve. Every case in my office receives my attention. My clients speak to me, my paralegal, or my secretary - no one else. We promptly return client calls. Most importantly, I make myself available to address my clients' concerns and questions. After all, I work for my clients - they do not work for me. Please call for your free telephone consultation. We have offices for your convenience in Mt. Lebanon, the North Hills, Mars, Murraysville and McMurray. If an evening, weekend or home/hospital appointment is required, we can make arrangements. PERSONAL INJURIES
Have you been injured through no fault of your own? Do you believe that you should be compensated for the pain, suffering, inconvenience and impact on your life caused by your injury - but you would rather not go to court? I can help. Years ago, I learned that my clients wanted to be fairly compensated as soon as possible. Going to court was the last thing they wanted. They were right! I no longer file law suits as a first step. Instead, I prepare each case to maximize the result for my clients while working with the opposing insurance company. My system works! Results are usually faster, less expensive to obtain and much less stressful for my clients. I do not charge a fee for my work unless I get a result for you. AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS
The law has changed and become very complex. For example, just because you were not at fault, but were hurt, does not necessarily mean that you can collect from the at-fault party. What if you have medical bills or lost wages, does anyone pay? Who? If the at-fault party has no insurance or not enough insurance, what happens? What do "limited tort" and "full tort" mean? How do you properly prepare your case to maximize the result? What is your case worth? How do you get what your case is worth? Will the at-fault party's insurance company treat you fairly? I have spent the last twenty-six years dealing with these issues, and many more, for my clients. I have developed a system of handling these cases that almost always avoids court, more rapidly and inexpensively brings them to a conclusion and maximizes my clients' results. If you want to be reasonably compensated with a minimum of participation from you and without going to court, call me to discuss your case. There is no fee unless I am successful for you. WORKER'S COMPENSATION
I focus on serious and/or long-term injuries that keep you from earning your time of injury wages. The field of worker's compensation has become increasingly complex and unfriendly to the worker in recent years. New rules strongly favor the employer. If you have a permanent partial disability, a permanent full disability or suffered the loss of, or loss of use of, a body part, you may be eligible for a lump sum of money that resolves your claim. If you were hurt in or after 1996 and more than two (2) years ago, the new worker's compensation rules allow the employer to start a process that may limit or eliminate your weekly benefits - even if you are still not working! In fact, another process can begin even sooner than two (2) years. There are ways to resolve your claim to get the employer and insurance company out of your life so that you can move on. I make sure that my clients are aware of these solutions and understand them. They decide whether or not such a solution is right for them. It is their life and they must live with the results. I do not charge a fee for my services unless I get you a result. ![]() |
